Shipping Info
All orders are packed in our office and shipped/delivered by Canada Post as quickly as possible.

US AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping by Small Packet International - Air and Small Packet USA - Air do not include tracking. Please be aware that if you choose one of these options, the tracking number provided by Canada Post will not work.

RETURN TO SENDER
In the event that your package is returned to us by mail without explanation, we will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on the situation.
Please note that additional return shipping fees may be charged.
Return Policy
EXCHANGE
There are no exchanges for digital products, all sales are final.
We do not exchange physical products (CD's, LP's and cassettes). However, in the event that a product is damaged or defective, Bonsound will replace it. You can send an email to support@bonsound.com with your order number and a description of the problem, we will make sure to solve the problem.
We offer exchanges of the same apparel product if quantities allow it. You have 30 days and you must return the items unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Please note that the return of the exchanged products will be at the customer's expense.

REFUND
There are no refunds for digital products, all sales are final.
To cancel or have a refund of an order please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to support@bonsound.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
In case of the unavailability of a product due to an inventory error, we will contact you and will offer you a similar item or a refund.
